What should I put in my profile?
The more information you put into your profile, the better experience you will have at 3asy.
You absolutely MUST include your city, state, and zip code under the "address" portion of your profile. If you do not include this, you will not show up on other people's searches - and it will impact your own ability to search for partners.
Entering your full address will improve the accuracy of searches, but this is not required. Please keep in mind that we NEVER store your actual address - we instead geocode this data for the search algorhythm. Your geocoded location is never shown to anyone. Even so, if you prefer, you can again save only your city, state, zip and the site will function just fine for you.
At a minimum, you need to check what you are seeking (i.e. you are looking for M/F couples, single F partners, etc.) and what you are looking for (pic trading, soft swap, full sex, etc).
Take advantage of your bio to give others an idea of your interests. Filling out your bio will help demonstrate that you are real, and will lead to more users connecting with you. Choosing applicable kinks makes it easier for likeminded partners to find you.
Likewise, upload at least a profile picture - if not some gallery photos. Users with photos get MUCH more interaction than those without!
What should I NOT put in my profile?
Please do not include any direct contact information - i.e. cell number, email address, social media accounts, etc. You should only share this type of information inside of a contact conversation with other users.
Sharing direct contact information in your profile subjects you to spam, and also violates the 3asy Terms of Service. This can result in your profile being suspended.
Likewise, it's smart to leave other personally identifiable information out of your profile. Don't include your real name, your address, where you work, etc. We care about your safety and strongly encourage you to be smart about what you share.
Why do you ask for my address?
The 3asy search is designed to help you find matches of people near you. If we don't have a location for you, then you won't show up on other people's searches... and it will be more difficult for you to find people when you search.
If you provide your address, it makes geocoding more precise, which in turn makes search results more accurate. However, if you are not comfortable sharing your address, you can instead only provide your city, state, and zip code.
In no case do we save, display, or share your address. We geocode the address (or partial address) that you provide and use that for search purposes only.
Do I have to include kinks in my profile?
No. Kinks are an optional thing to include. You may select as many kinks as you like, but selecting kinks is not required.
The biggest value here is that you will show up on filtered searches if you choose matching kinks.
Let's say that you are into anal. If you select anal as a kink in your profile, when someone checks anal as a kink they are looking for, you will show up in their results. If they had filtered their results to only show those into anal, and you hadn't checked it, then they wouldn't see you in their search.
The other benefit comes from giving people a better idea of what you are into when they view your profile.
For the purposes of finding matches, it's a really good idea to click every kink you are into.
Do I have to include a profile pic?
No. You can use every feature of 3asy without including a profile pic.
However, users with profile pics see far greater response rates than those who do not; it makes you seem more real, more serious. Likewise, it's usually a great idea to include at least a few pictures in a gallery, as pictures do tend to encourage communication.Photo Galleries
How do I add a photo gallery?
Go to Home -> Manage Galleries.
Use the "Add a Gallery" button there. You will need to give the gallery a title, pick whether it is public or private, and upload at least one photo.
Note that the gallery is not saved until you click "Submit Gallery" at the bottom of the window, and you allow time for your photos to upload.
How many photo galleries can I have?
Free members may have one gallery. Premium members may have up to nine galleries.
Are photo galleries public?
That's up to you. You get to choose if you want any given gallery to be public or private.
If you choose for a gallery to be private, others can see that you have the gallery, but they cannot see the photos inside of it unless you give them the password for that gallery. This is a great option for helping ensure discretion - you might be okay sharing dirty pics, for example, but may not want your face out there for just anyone to see. Private galleries are a great choice in that case.
You can change a gallery between public and private at any time.
How many photos can I put inside of a gallery?
A given gallery can hold up to nine photos. The idea is to give you plenty of opportunity to share a reasonable number of photos without us trying to be an actual file hosting service.Connecting With Others
What are connections?
Connections are what you use to have conversations with others 3asy users. Whenever you initiate a conversation with another user, it consumes a connection.
Free users get a limited number of connections per week. Premium users have unlimited connections.
Inside of a connection conversation, you may freely share contact information such as cell number, email address, other social media accounts, etc. We don't expect you to try to have every conversation here (though you are welcome to do so!).
One piece of advice: if you decide to meet the other user, use the "Suggest Meet" feature here at 3asy. That way, you can rate one another, and each build a reputation for being real people that actually do meets - not just online pic collectors or whatnot.
How do connections work?
To connect with a user, you search for others, then click on a potential match. You will see the other user's profile page, with a "Connect With User" button. Click that button.
You will be prompted to send them a message, as well as to attach an optional photo - please do not end unsolicited dick pics.
Once you submit the connection request, the other user will have ten days to respond. If they accept your request, you will be notified and the two user accounts will be able to freely converse back and forth on the site. Couple accounts will both be able to take part in these conversations.
Why do I see "Connection Pending" on another user's profile page?
You have initiated a connection with them, but they have not yet responded. Users have ten days to accept or reject a connection.
Why do I see "Need More Connections" on another user's profile page?
You are a free user and have used up your allotment of connections for the week. Either wait until next week (connections reset every Sunday night), or click here to upgrade to Premium for unlimited connections.
What can I do if a user rejects my connection request?
Think about what you sent the other user, and why they might have declined the connection request.
If you sent a generic message like "hey" or "can I be next", maybe they viewed you as a time waster. If you show some interest and treat them like a person, they might reconsider. In this case, you can always try to connect again - but this time, put some thoughtful effort into the message. Show that you've read their profile, and that you are a potential fit for what they are looking for.
It's possible that the other user has a scheduling issue or the like, or they genuinely made a mistake when they rejected you. In that case, you can try to reach out again. Send a thoughtful reply and see what they have to say.
With all of that said, it is against our Terms of Service to spam other members. So unless you have real reason to believe that the rejection was a mistake or a misunderstanding, it is best to accept their response and move on to other searches.
Keep in mind that if the other user declined you for sending unsolicited dick pics, they may report you for violating our Terms of Service, which could result in a suspension of your account.
I got a message saying that a user has permanently declined my connection request. What can I do?
Nothing. 3asy is committed to preventing spam and to protecting users from unwanted messages. If the user has permanently declined your connection request, then you must respect their choice here.
Please move on to new searches and new connections with other users.
Can both members of a couple account take part in a connection?
Absolutely! Both users have their own logins linked to the same account. Both users will see the same connection information, the same conversations, etc. Both members of a couple can comment individually within the same conversations.
What can I do if a connection is expired?
An expired connection is one that was not approved during the ten day window. You can simply try a new connection with that user.Meets and Ratings
What is a meet?
If a connection with another user is going well, you can propose a meet.
Ideally, you and the other user will have already agreed on a good date.
From your "My Connections" page, click on the user you'd like to meet. When the connection opens, you'll see a "Propose Meet" button at the top. Click that, suggest a date, and fill out the message.
The other user can approve, deny, or suggest an alternate date for your meet request. You will be notified as to their decision.
If they accept, you will both get the opportunity to rate one another after the meet date has passed.
Why should I use the meet feature at all? Why not just meet the people I connect with and not bother with this part of the site?
The meet feature is CORE to how 3asy works. Scheduling a meet here - even if you and the other user primarily communicate via text, email, or other social media - has huge benefits to you both.
If you complete a meet, your profile is updated with that information. Furthermore, you both get the opportunity to rate one another in terms of how Real, Reliable, and Respectful you were.
These ratings show up in search results and in your profile, letting other users know that you aren't just here to talk dirty and collect pictures - you are a real person who uses the site for actual sex meets.
Users who have ratings from other users stand out in the crowd, and since everyone can see that you are real, you will get a LOT more attention in searches.
What are the star ratings for?
Ratings are used to show how Real, Reliable, and Respectful a user is, which makes it a wonderful tool for filtering out people who are only here to fantasize or collect pictures.
You can see a user's composite rating in both search results and on their profile.
If you visit a user's profile, you can click on their composite rating to open a popup window that shows how they were rated for every meet they have completed with other 3asy users. This shows the date of the meet, a star rating, and comments by the other user.
Ratings are only available if you complete meets with other users. This is a HUGE incentive to schedule meets through the 3asy site itself, as this is a fantastic way to prove that you are a good candidate for play.Identity Verification
What is a verified user?
A verified user has gone above and beyond to show that hey are, in fact, a real person.
Since they have provided a verified, government-issued photo ID, you can have much more confidence in contacting this type of user - you KNOW they are a real person, not just some pretender trying to play games with burner accounts or a series of screen names.
How does verification work?
You upload you government-issued photo ID and pay your fee. A 3asy representative will check your ID to confirm that we don't have another registered member using that ID, then they will mark your account as verified, which displays the VERIFIED tag on your profile and on any search results featuring you.
How often do I have to pay for verification?
This is a one time process. You pay once, and are then verified forever.
Do couples accounts cost more to verify?
At the present time, we are extending verification services to couples at the same price point that single users pay.
What sort of ID does 3asy accept for verification?
You must provide a government-issued photo ID. Driver license, non-driver photo ID, military ID, veteran ID are all valid options. Generally, these are the only forms that we accept, but we will consider others - provided that they are government-issued.Technical Support
What do I do if my activation email doesn't show up?
Give the process five minutes or so, then check your spam and junk folders. If it still isn't there, please use the "Contact Us" link and let us know.
I am our of contacts. How do I get more?
Contacts refill late on Sunday nights. Wait until this time, then try again.
You can also upgrade to premium status at any time, which gives you unlimited contacts for as long as you are a premium member.
Why isn't my picture saving?
Your photo must be a JPG or PNG file - other image types (GIF, AIFF, HEIC) are not accepted. Your file must be smaller than 10 MB in size.
If you are trying to update your profile picture, you MUST click "Update Profile" to save changes - which include the new photo you are trying to upload.
Likewise, if you are attaching an image to a message, you MUST click "Send Message".
I am not getting any results in my partner searches. Why?
You need to check a few things.
1. Have you provided an address? The partner searches use a search radius around either your home address or an alternate that you provide. If you haven't given any address, then a search cannot function.
2. Have you chosen at least one potential match? If you haven't selected any solo partner types or any couple choices, then you won't match anyone.
3. Try extending your search. If you are using a very small radius (such as five or ten miles), you may not have many possible matches - especially if you live in a rural area. Try increasing the search area.
4. Make sure that you include every possible partner option. I.e. if you are open to M/F couples and solo females, make sure that you have both options selected.
5. Consider removing kink requirements. Just because another user hasn't checked the same kinks as you doesn't mean that they aren't potentially compatible with you. If you select kinks for your search, you will only get results that have at least one of your chosen kinks.
For instance, if you choose "anal fisting", you will ONLY see other users who have chosen "anal fisting" as a kink. If you choose "anal fisting, anal, and threesomes" then you will see results who are into at least one of those kinks - giving you a lot more possible matches.
Why am I not getting email notifications of contact messages?
Check your spam and junk folders.
Make sure that you have 3asy.net added to your trusted senders list.
